TGE has expertise in developing rubber formulations and compounding various rubber materials, such as NBR, HNBR, FKM, CR, NR, EPDM, etc. We offer customers rigorous material research and precision manufacturing, ensuring reliable product performance. We assist in refining product structural design to boost equipment's operating adaptability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
TGE is equipped with a full set of processing equipment for the entire rubber production process, including rubber mixing, sandblasting, gluing, and vulcanization, and can conduct rubber material tests, sealing & damping performance tests.
