Our Rubber Membrane products are manufactured from fabric-reinforced or homogeneous elastomer sheets, engineered to deliver consistent deflection, high burst pressure, and long flex life. Introduction to Performance
Rubber membranes are available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm. Flex fatigue life surpasses 1 million cycles at rated stroke when tested per customer-specific motion profiles. Working temperature ranges from -40°C to +200°C, depending on material choice-EPDM for steam, NBR for pneumatic air, oil, and FKM for chemical resistance. Permeation rates and compression set values are controlled to meet customer's requirements.
Introduction to Processing Techniques and Materials
Our capability spans compression molding of profiled membranes and fabric-reinforced diaphragms. We formulate compounds with optimized modulus and elongation to balance actuation force with burst resistance. Fabric selection (polyester, nylon, Nomex) is guided by your pressure and temperature needs. Bonding between the fabric and rubber is achieved through our specified treatment process and vulcanization.
