Our Rubber O-Rings are manufactured from a comprehensive portfolio of elastomers-NBR, FKM, EPDM, HNBR-each selected to match your specific pressure, temperature, and chemical environment. They are used in hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic valves, quick-connect couplings, and food-processing equipment, etc.
Introduction to Performance
Our O-rings are molded ranging from 10 mm to over 200 mm inner diameter. Cross-section tolerance is controlled within ±0.08 mm for critical grades. Compression set after 24 hours at 100°C remains below 20% for our proprietary NBR formulation, and hardness typically ranges from 50 to 90 Shore A.
Introduction to Processing Techniques and Materials
We compound our own NBR, HNBR, FKM, and EPDM recipes in-house, allowing us to adjust ingredients, or cure system to optimize chemical resistance. Every batch undergoes rheometer curve validation and visual inspection under magnification to eliminate flow marks and contamination.

Rubber O-Rings can be commonly applied in hydraulic manifold seals, pneumatic actuator pistons, fuel system connectors, water filtration housings, and medical syringe tip seals.
